 * Strong organisational and analytical skills

 * Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
 * Ability to motivate and lead people, employing appropriate management styles
 * Degree of higher education
 * Project management certifications (PMP, MSP, Prince 2 or Agile PM) - Optional
 * Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt - Optional

## Description

* Plan, mobilise and lead projects of high complexity and scale from definition to closure
 * Perform Analysis with business/ functions to define operational solutions/ models
 * Manage change (analysis and implementation) in a sustainable way and monitor benefits.

In this role you will:

 * Be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, team, outcomes and benefits.
 * Manage responsibilities, objectives and task allocations for your projects to ensure individuals are being allocated in accordance with their skills.
 * Work in close cooperation with global and regional value streams. Anticipate and manage stakeholder expectations.
 * Identify and analyse complex problems involving wider teams; generate feasible and creative solutions considering all aspects and consequences; lead brainstorming meetings to discuss and/or resolve problems,
 * Challenge requirements and designs, propose innovative business solutions to realise agreed business outputs.
 * Coordinate, prioritize and document requirements.
