You will be responsible for maintaining documentation and reporting metrics on projects, and provide reporting to executive leadership. The TPM will establish scalable program management processes, build visibility into execution, create accountability frameworks, and ensure teams remain aligned against aggressive growth objectives and delivery commitments. This is a highly visible role requiring strong technical fluency, exceptional organizational leadership, and the ability to drive results in a rapidly evolving environment.
