## Description

Dans le cadre du traitement des demandes et incidents ainsi que la gestion du MCO des plateformes exchange et d'office 355, une prestation est demandée afin de garantir la gestion du MCO.

Objectif de la prestation

Accompagner la réorganisation de l'équipe outils de communication et gérer le MCO et le traitement des demandes et incidents des plateformes exchange.

Assurer le MCO de notre architecture messagerie

 - Actions techniques sur désengagement Exchange 2010

 - Création / modification scripting Powershell

 - Rédaction documentations
