## About the Role

BAE Systems is looking for an experienced Principal Systems Engineer with strong requirements and acceptance experience to support a major submarine programme., * Strong Systems Engineering background, focused on requirements and acceptance.

 * Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and translating business/customer needs into requirements.
 * Proven stakeholder management and engagement across programme-level activities.
 * IBM DOORS (v9.6/9.7) expertise.
 * Requirements creation, traceability and link analysis experience.
 * Ability to work independently and drive activities forward with minimal supervision.
