## About the Role

You'll be adaptable, have good time management, enjoy problem solving and enjoy working in a hybrid office and home working environment., * Education to degree level (numerical preferred), with at least A level Maths.

 * Advanced spreadsheet and data handling, with experience in programming language (i.e. SQL, BigQuery) (preferred)
 * Strong analytical skills combined with confident communication skills
 * An understanding and interest in the basics of analysis.

## Description

* Utilise customer data to generate comprehensive reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights for the wider business. This includes managing reporting for the loyalty scheme and supporting internal programmes to ensure decisions are informed by customer perspectives. You will employ appropriate metrics and data visualisations to present information clearly to all stakeholders.
 * Provide analytical support for a wide range of business questions and conduct thorough investigations to present clear, evidence-based conclusions. Specifically, you will deliver data-driven insights into customer behaviour and cross-channel metrics to enhance and optimise the multichannel customer experience.
 * Stay informed about macro economy, retail, and customer trends, including delivering timely reports on macroeconomic indicators like Consumer Confidence, as well as market share. You will also undertake regular competitor visits to understand and report on activity, helping to identify trends, threats, and opportunities.
 * You will refine coding standards, implement advanced techniques to accelerate analytics, and utilise AI to expedite coding and analysis for new projects.
