Advanced degree preferred. * Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in beauty, cosmetics, or consumer products with a focus on shade development, analytics, or market intelligence is required. * Demonstrated understanding of color theory, color science, skin tones, undertones, and formulation considerations is required. * Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Nielsen, Circana, Power BI) and ability to learn and leverage new digital tools. * Ability to collaborate with partners locally and globally. * Proven ability to synthesize data and translate insights into strategic recommendations. * Good problem solving and decision making skills. Displays a sense of urgency and initiative with creativity and flexibility. * Ability to prioritize and manage projects within timelines handling multiple projects simultaneously. * Must be willing to apply and wear makeup products. * Creative and self-motivated. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * The ability to be onsite, in the office at least 3 days a week as this is an essential function of the position (required) ## Description We are seeking a Senior Color Expert II for our Makeup, Color Development Team, based in Clark, New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating shades, market trends, and competitive landscapes across makeup categories. You will leverage analytical and strategic thinking to decode color, shades, and trends, build insightful presentations with storytelling skills while working cross functionally and globally to collaborate and influence color impact.
