* 3rd-Level-Support - Analyse und Lösung komplexer IT-Störungen, priorisierte Ticketbearbeitung und Dokumentation
 * Administration von Linux-Servern (Debian/Ubuntu) sowie Windows-Servern
 * Planung und Durchführung von Systemupdates, Migrationen und Architekturverbesserungen
 * Monitoring, Performanceanalyse und Fehlerbehebung über die gesamte Infrastruktur
 * Weiterentwicklung von Backup-, Restore- und Sicherheitskonzepten
 * Umsetzung von IT-Security-Richtlinien und Härtungsmaßnahmen
 * Projektverantwortung in den Bereichen Compute, Storage, Network, Virtualisierung und Security
 * Technische Bewertung und Auswahl neuer Hard- und Softwarelösungen
