## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
 * Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HRIS or a comparable strategic HR function
 * Proven experience designing and implementing Compensation & Benefits frameworks
 * Strong expertise in HRIS and HR process optimization within an international environment
 * Experience leading international HR projects and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
 * Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HR systems is a strong advantage
 * Strategic mindset with excellent analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills
 * Hands-on mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly growing international organization
 * Fluent in English. German is a plus.

## Description

* Develop and implement a scalable Compensation & Benefits framework across multiple European countries
 * Lead strategic HRIS initiatives and drive the continuous development of our HR systems across Europe
 * Harmonize and standardize HR processes to support a scalable European HR organization
 * Drive the alignment and governance of multi-country payroll processes
 * Partner with HR leaders, business stakeholders and our Group on strategic HR initiatives
 * Lead international HR transformation projects and support organizational growth across Europe
 * Drive continuous improvements across Compensation & Benefits, HRIS and HR processes
