Added Fuel if you have: * Strong proficiency in querying & manipulating large datasets using SQL. * Experience using Power Query or Power Pivot ## Description Driven Brands is looking for a Business Analyst in Workforce Analytics who wants to make a difference! Reporting to the Manager of Analytics and Capacity Planning while supporting our Auto Glass Now (AGN) brand, this role is responsible for delivering clear, actionable insights that inform operational decision-making. This role collaborates with AGN leadership, translating business questions into structured analysis, identifying performance drivers, and delivering recommendations that influence the business. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can independently solve business problems, communicate insights effectively, and partner with stakeholders across the organization.
