 * Experto en diseño e implementación de arquitecturas de procesos orientadas a eficiencia y alineadas con objetivos estratégicos.
 * Dominio del ciclo completo del proceso: diagnóstico, rediseño, modelado (BPMN, SysML, UML o similares), automatización y mejora continua.
 * Liderazgo en iniciativas de transformación digital e hiperautomatización con herramientas como Bizagi, UiPath, Power Platform, SAP y MES.
 * Enfoque consultivo y estratégico, trabajando con stakeholders de alto nivel para integrar procesos, tecnología y cultura organizacional., * Modelado BPMN y herramientas como Bizagi, Visio, Signavio, Creatio, ProcessMarker o similares.
 * Automatización RPA (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism o similares) e integración con ERP (SAP, Oracle, Siebel).
 * Minería de procesos (Celonis, UiPath, ProcessMind, Minit).
 * Metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).
 * Metodologías de mejora continua : Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC y reingeniería de procesos.
 * Gobernanza de procesos, definición de KPIs y gestión del cambio.
 * Capacidad analítica para identificar cuellos de botella, evaluar ROI y definir hojas de ruta de automatización.
