## About the Role

* Strong experience as a Workday Developer with expertise in Workday Core HCM configuration, maintenance, and optimization.

 * Hands-on experience configuring Core HCM components, including organizations, job profiles, positions, and supervisory organizations.
 * Experience configuring and maintaining Workday business processes for hire, termination, transfers, promotions, and other HCM lifecycle events.
 * Expertise in configuring eligibility rules for compensation, benefits, and other HCM processes.
 * Experience implementing and maintaining organizational hierarchies and supervisory structures.
 * Proficiency in performing HCM data audits and validating business processes to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
 * Experience managing HCM configuration changes to support organizational restructuring and annual business cycles.
 * Strong knowledge of the Workday security model, including security roles, domain policies, and user access management.
 * Experience troubleshooting HCM workflows, data integrity issues, and security-related concerns.
 * Hands-on experience developing custom reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer.
 * Strong hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM configuration.
 * In-depth knowledge of organizational structures, job profiles, and Workday business process frameworks.
 * Expertise in Workday security configuration and domain policies.
 * Experience with Workday reporting tools and analytics.
 * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
 * Good understanding of HR business processes and compliance requirements.
 * Workday Core HCM Certification.
 * Experience with Workday Compensation, Recruiting, and Absence Management modules.
 * Experience supporting Workday implementation, enhancement, or optimization projects.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
 * Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and compliance.
