Je vertaalt wensen naar functionele oplossingen, begeleidt wijzigingen en acceptatietesten, lost incidenten op en ondersteunt gebruikers. Daarnaast geef je trainingen, beheer je autorisaties en draag je bij aan de continue verbetering van de systemen.
