+ Afgeronde MBO of HBO opleiding in een IT gerelateerde richting, of vergelijkbare werkervaring in een supportfunctie
 + Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare IT supportfunctie
 + Kennis van Windows omgevingen, Active Directory en Microsoft 365
 + Ervaring met het analyseren en oplossen van meldingen, of doorzetten naar de juiste specialist
 + Ervaring met ticketsystemen is een pré
