## About the Role

De formation Bac+2 en Électrotechnique ou équivalent, vous justifiez idéalement d'une première expérience sur un poste similaire.
Vous avez une bonne expression orale, un esprit d'analyse, un sens de la relation client et vous maitrisez l'outil informatique.
Vous êtes rigoureux, autonomes, assidus, avec un esprit d'équipe et une forte sensibilité technique.
Une formation interne de 3 mois sera dispensée sur les produits.

## Description

* Fournir téléphoniquement des renseignements techniques aux clients ;
 * Apporter un support technique par téléphone pour la mise en service de la gamme principale d'automatismes de portails, avec une évolution sur le reste des matériels concernant la domotique, le contrôle d'accès, l'alarme la vidéophonie & interphonie, la vidéo surveillance .
 * Analyser la demande des clients, établir un diagnostic et proposer des solutions techniques et commerciales
 * Actualiser la base de données clients.
