## Description

Installer et configurer les équipements de l'environnement utilisateur (postes de travail, périphériques), avec ou sans procédures existantes
*
Installer et configurer des équipements d'infrastructure (serveurs, réseaux, stockage)
*
Analyser, diagnostiquer et résoudre des incidents techniques de niveau 2
*
Mettre en place des solutions de contournement (modes dégradés) si nécessaire
*
Appliquer les recommandations des supports niveau 3 et des experts métiers sur les incidents complexes
*
Réaliser des opérations via les outils d'administration en respectant les procédures établies
*
Effectuer les déploiements selon le planning défini
*
Assurer le suivi des interventions (reporting, comptes rendus, outils de ticketing, CMDB, timesheets)
*
Participer à l'amélioration continue en alimentant la base de connaissances (rédaction de procédures, documentation), Windows
