## About the Role

Titulaire d'un Bac+3 à Bac+5, vous justifiez de 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en support IT et administration Microsoft 365. Vous maîtrisez les outils Atlassian (JSM, Assets), Entra ID, la gestion des licences logicielles et les enjeux liés aux infrastructures des systèmes d'information. Curieux, rigoureux et doté d'un excellent sens du service, vous aimez résoudre des problématiques techniques tout en proposant des solutions innovantes et adaptées aux besoins des métiers.

## Description

Rejoignez une équipe dynamique et collaborative au sein de la Direction de la Technologie, où l'innovation, l'amélioration continue et les nouveaux usages numériques sont au cœur des projets.

Vos principales missions :

 * Assurer le support utilisateur et le traitement des incidents via les outils de ticketing (Jira Service Management, Assets).
 * Administrer les environnements Microsoft 365 et Entra ID (gestion des accès, des groupes, des services et des droits).
 * Gérer le cycle de vie des licences logicielles (attribution, suivi, conformité et optimisation).
 * Analyser les besoins métiers et proposer des solutions adaptées.
 * Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus IT en documentant les procédures et en développant des automatisations.
 * Participer à l'intégration et à l'administration des solutions d'intelligence artificielle (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) afin d'accompagner la transformation numérique de l'entreprise.
