## Description

Dans le cadre d'un projet ambitieux visant à moderniser et sécuriser le parc IoT de nos clients, nous recherchons un(e) Exploitant(e) Informatique et Gestionnaire Opérationnel(le) du Parc IoT pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique.
Le Titulaire devra, dans le cadre de sa mission, réalisé les prestations suivantes :

 - Geste d'enrôlement de matériel
 - Définition des métadonnées métier
 - Configuration des alertes
 - Rédaction des documents associés à l'exploitation / déploiement du parc IoT
 - Configuration de matériel
 - Envois de colis
 - Gestion de stock
 - Gestes d'administration des objets IoT
 - Traitement et créations de tickets en liens avec la chaine technique IoT
 - Pilotage et suivi des actions de déploiement d'IoT (Ouverture de port, demande de modif DAT)
 - Supervision de parties de la chaine techniques
 - Supervision du parc d'objets IOT
 - Contribuer à la résolution des incidents et pilotage de la résolution des incidents
Compétences

 - Organisation
 - Connaissances de bases en programmation informatique
 - IoT - manipulation / configuration d'objets IoT
 - Gestion d'inventaire et de stock
 - Relation client
 - Compétence en méthode Agile (Basée sur Safe. Utilisation de l' outil JIRA)
 - Capacité à travailler et être force de proposition en méthode Agile (Cadrage Agile, priorisation des Features en fonction de leur valeur et points de complexité.)
