 * Skilled at analysing complex data flows and mapping data movement across systems.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

## Description

* Work with stakeholders and SMEs to capture business goals and define user requirements, using workshops to translate needs into user stories, features and epics.
 * Design end-to-end data services and solutions in partnership with business, technology and change teams, ensuring alignment with the enterprise data strategy.
 * Produce analysis artefacts such as data flows, service descriptions and mapping specifications to describe target data behaviour and integrations.
 * Investigate data quality and lineage issues, lead root-cause analysis with cross functional teams and recommend remediation actions.
 * Define and implement data controls, support user acceptance testing and validate that solutions meet requirements and compliance standards.
 * Estimate analysis effort, contribute to delivery planning and drive approach and planning within the aligned workstream alongside the Workstream Lead and Lead BA.
 * Maintain clear documentation and traceability of requirements, decisions and acceptance criteria to support delivery governance and handover.
