## About the Role

You'll have strong Oracle E-Business Suite Payroll experience, a good understanding of UK payroll legislation, and experience supporting live production environments. You'll also be confident working with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

 * Oracle E-Business Suite Payroll functional expertise
 * Knowledge of UK payroll and HMRC legislation
 * Payroll configuration experience (elements, balances and Fast Formula)
 * Functional analysis and problem-solving skills
 * Experience with testing and production releases
 * Strong stakeholder communication skills

## Description

You'll support, enhance and deliver functional changes across Oracle E-Business Suite Payroll and HRMS. Working with business users, technical teams and clients, you'll resolve issues, improve payroll processes and deliver high-quality solutions that keep business-critical services running smoothly.

 * Support Oracle E-Business Suite Payroll and HRMS
 * Configure payroll elements, balances and Fast Formula
 * Investigate issues and deliver functional solutions
 * Produce functional specifications and assess change requests
 * Support HMRC legislative updates and payroll compliance
 * Complete unit, regression and UAT testing
 * Work with stakeholders to define and validate requirements
 * Support production releases and continuous improvement
