You'll drive infrastructure modernisation, automation, resilience, and best practices across systems, cloud, and identity platforms. Key Responsibilities: * Lead enterprise systems engineering across Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualisation, storage and core infrastructure platforms. * Design, implement and optimise Active Directory and domain services to support a scalable and secure enterprise environment. * Support and enhance Microsoft 365 services, identity platforms and endpoint management solutions. * Design, deploy and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform, Bicep and modern automation practices. * Drive Scripting and automation initiatives using PowerShell and Python to improve operational efficiency and consistency. * Own backup, disaster recovery, patch management and infrastructure resilience programmes. * Work across cloud, identity, endpoint and infrastructure technologies with a true full-stack systems engineering mindset. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while maintaining high levels of service availability. * Operate effectively within a fast-changing, low-maturity environment, helping to establish standards, processes and technical direction.
