* Verwaltung und Abwicklung von IT-Ersatzteilen
 * Prüfung des Garantiestatus der ausgetauschten Komponenten
 * Dokumentation defekter Komponenten gemäß internen und externen Vorgaben
 * Vorbereitung und Abwicklung von Rücksendungen an Hersteller und Lieferanten
 * Sicherstellung von Gewährleistungsansprüchen sowie der termingerechten Ersatzteillieferungen
 * Austausch und Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und Herstellern
