 * Sicherstellung von IT-Sicherheit und Datenschutz
 * 1st und 2nd Level Support für Anwender, inkl. Fehleranalyse und -behebung, sowie Unterstützung bei technischen Fragestellungen
 * Kontakt zu externen Partnern und Dienstleistern im IT-Bereich
 * Betreuung und Pflege von Nutzerkonten und Berechtigungen
 * Betreuung von Backup-, Storage- und Sicherheitslösungen
 * Koordination und Durchführung von Updates und Backups
 * Dokumentation der IT-Prozesse
