Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, * 3+ years of experience with ESRI ArcGIS, GIS analysis, or geospatial data systems

 * Strong proficiency in ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, spatial data management, and GIS workflows
 * Experience with data modeling, SQL, Power BI, DAX, or enterprise reporting tools
 * Ability to manage large datasets and deliver analytical insights
 * Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills, * Experience with agricultural, land management, or field operations data
 * Familiarity with ETL processes, enterprise integrations, and geospatial governance
 * ESRI certifications or advanced GIS technical expertise, * Hands-on GIS expert with strong data analytics capabilities
 * Comfortable working in a fast-paced contract environment
 * Proven ability to deliver scalable geospatial and reporting solutions quickly

## Description

We are seeking an immediate contract GIS / ESRI Data Analyst to support enterprise geospatial initiatives, data integration, and operational analytics. This role will focus heavily on ESRI platforms, GIS data management, and data-driven reporting to improve business operations., * Administer and support ESRI ArcGIS platforms including ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, and related GIS tools

 * Design, build, and maintain geospatial maps, dashboards, field applications, and spatial databases
 * Integrate GIS, operational, and third-party data sources for reporting and analysis
 * Develop and manage geodatabases, feature layers, and data governance standards
 * Create Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to support operational decision-making
 * Analyze large datasets to identify trends, improve workflows, and support strategic initiatives
 * Collaborate with operations teams to translate field data into actionable system solutions
 * Maintain data quality, documentation, and reporting accuracy across GIS and analytics platforms
