 * Functional Expertise: Deep lifecycle knowledge of Oracle Project Costing, Project Billing, PJM (Project Manufacturing), and core SCM cycles (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash).
 * Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflows, API extensions, and data loading (FRICEW components).
