Ideally paired with experience in the mobile gaming industry * Proven expertise in user acquisition modeling, product analytics, and A/B testing methodologies and tools * Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) * Familiarity with SQL for database querying and data manipulation * Strong knowledge of statistical methods and their application in business * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus * Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading data science projects * Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into insights * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment Nice-to haves: * Experience with mobile gaming analytics * Hands-on experience with Looker for data visualization and reporting * Familiarity with ad tech tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Audience Network, Firebase) * Knowledge of reinforcement learning and its applications in gaming or ad optimization ## Description * Predictive User Modeling: You will build and optimize machine learning models to understand and predict user behavior across the full lifecycle - acquisition, engagement, churn, and LTV. Partner with marketing, product, and growth teams to turn those predictions into measurable business impact. * Product Analytics: You will be responsible for conducting in-depth product analysis to identify key metrics and areas for improvement, using data insights to guide product development and enhance user experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with product managers to steer data-driven features and improvements * A/B Testing: You will collaborate closely with the product team to design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize product features and marketing strategies. During those initiatives, you will be responsible for ensuring scientific rigor and proper statistical methods.
