* Design digital-first, accessible services centred on user needs.
 * Deliver programmes that improve efficiency and deliver measurable benefits.
 * Using data and insight across the organisation.
 * Ensure services are customer-first, data-driven and digitally enabled.
 * Provid modern tools, systems and digital skills.
 * Keep services running - Ensuring secure, resilient, 24/7 ICT services., In this role, you will lead the Council's digital transformation and major programme delivery, ensuring change is well governed, outcome-focused and aligned to strategic priorities where you will.
 * Lead the digital transformation programme and major projects across the council
 * Drive service redesign, efficiency and benefits realization and measurable improvement
 * Embed governance, assurance and performance management and performance reporting
 * Build strong partnerships across services and externally
 * Ensure digital transformation improves services for residents, businesses and staff
