The ideal candidate will have: * Proven experience in an IT support role or similar position. * A strong desire to develop advanced IT skills and technologies. * Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, including user creation and security group management. * Familiarity with print servers (experience deploying printers via GPO or Intune is highly advantageous). * Ability to build laptops using MDT or Autopilot. * Solid troubleshooting skills for basic IT issues, with confidence to escalate when necessary. * Understanding of network fundamentals and basic principles. * Experience with Hyper-V virtual machine management. * Previous exposure to an ITIL-controlled environment. * Basic knowledge of CMD and PowerShell commands/scripts. * Experience configuring network equipment at a basic level. * Understanding of Windows DFS, security permissions, and Share permissions. * Knowledge of SharePoint permissions and folder structures. * Experience setting up users in an ERP system, ideally Quantum (Aviation ERP). * Ability to follow technical guides provided by senior technicians. * Exceptional attention to detail, methodical thinking, and problem-solving skills. * Drive for self-learning and following new technology.
