## About the Role

* 2-3 years experience in an IT project coordination, administrative or delivery support role
 * Strong organisational and time management skills
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
 * Confidence coordinating between suppliers, customers and internal teams
 * High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
 * Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira or similar
 * Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
 * Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
 * Experience within an IT services or managed services environment is desirable
 * Understanding of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Agile is desirable
 * Knowledge of IT infrastructure or cloud technologies is desirable
 * Familiarity with the ITIL framework is desirable
 * Project management certification such as PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile or equivalent is desirable
 * Experience working with ISO9001 and ISO27001 standards within a projects environment is desirable

## Description

* Support the planning, coordination and delivery of multiple concurrent projects
 * Maintain and update project plans, schedules and trackers
 * Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure timely task completion
 * Organise and document project meetings, including agendas, minutes and action tracking
 * Monitor project progress and highlight risks, issues and dependencies
 * Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up to date and stored correctly
 * Assist with change management processes in a procedurally compliant manner
 * Support project reporting, including status updates, milestone reports, RAID logs and performance metrics
 * Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication
 * Support financial tracking of projects, including purchase orders, timesheets and cost tracking where required
 * Contribute to process improvements within the PMD
