Desirable experience includes: * Experience supporting system development and process improvement initiatives. * Knowledge of property maintenance and building components. ## Description This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and ambitious housing organisation committed to providing high-quality homes and services for its residents. As part of the Asset Management team, you will play a key role in ensuring property and compliance data is accurate, robust and supports effective investment, maintenance and strategic decision-making across the housing portfolio., The Asset Data Officer is responsible for maintaining and developing the organisation's asset management data, ensuring information is accurate, accessible and supports both operational delivery and long-term asset planning., * Maintaining and updating the asset management database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. * Managing housing asset information, including stock condition data, compliance records and maintenance history. * Supporting the coordination and monitoring of compliance programmes, ensuring inspections, servicing and remedial actions are completed within required timescales. * Producing regular reports on asset performance, compliance status and maintenance activities. * Supporting the development of business plans and investment strategies through effective analysis of asset data. * Assisting with the ongoing development and enhancement of asset management systems and processes. * Providing support and training to colleagues on asset management systems and data procedures. * Working collaboratively with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders to maintain high-quality asset information. * Supporting resident communications relating to inspections, maintenance works and compliance activities., Please note we're not responsible for the content of job ads, as they're posted by the recruiter.
