## Description

* Annahme und Bearbeitung von eingehenden Anfragen nach standardisierten Prozessen und mit Hilfe von Hilfsdateien wie einer Lösungsdatenbank, Ticketsystem
 * Erstellen, Bearbeiten und Lösen von Tickets in der First Line unter Einhaltung von definierten Prozessen und Service Level Agreements
 * Unterstützung der IT-Anwender im Hardware- und Softwareumfeld
 * Monitoring, Abarbeiten und Tracking der Tickets
 * Durchführung von Passwortresets und Useradministration nach Anleitung (u. a. in Exchange, Active Directory, SAP, Softwareverteilung), * 40% Homeoffice-Remote nach Einarbeitung
