* Administration und Wartung von IT-Infrastrukturen unserer Kunden (Server, Netzwerke, Clients)
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Pflege von Windows-Server-Umgebungen
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft 365-Umgebungen
 * Unterstützung bei Virtualisierungslösungen (Hyper-V, VMware)
 * Mitwirkung bei IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen (Firewall, VPN, Backup- und Recovery-Konzepte)
 * Technischer Kundensupport (Remote & vor Ort)
 * Unterstützung bei Backup- und Wiederherstellungsprozessen
