## Description

Als IT-Support Specialist (m/w/d) sind Sie die zentrale Anlaufstelle für die internen Anwender und stellen einen reibungslosen Betrieb der IT-Infrastruktur sicher. Sie betreuen Hardware, Software und mobile Endgeräte, unterstützen bei IT-Projekten und tragen aktiv zur Optimierung der Prozesse bei., * IT-Support für Hardware, Software und mobile Endgeräte (Windows, Microsoft 365, Konferenzsysteme)

 * Administration von Telefonanlagen, Benutzerkonten und Softwareinstallationen
 * Erfassung, Nachverfolgung und Lösung von Tickets; Eskalation an 2nd-/3rd-Level
 * Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und Prozessoptimierungen
 * Durchführung von Inventuren und Verwaltung von IT-Zubehör
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Operations zur Sicherstellung des laufenden IT-Betriebs
