 * Aufbau von Projektorganisation & Governance-Strukturen
 * Definition des Target Operating Models
 * Auswahl, Bewertung und Einführung von Tools / IT-Lösungen
 * Planung und Umsetzung von Kommunikations- & Change-Management-Maßnahmen
 * Steuerung der Stabilisierungsphase & Erfolgskontrolle (Sign-off)
 * Ressourcenplanung und Budgetverantwortung
 * Kontinuierliches Monitoring von Fortschritt, Risiken und Abhängigkeiten
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und Stakeholdern
