Schnittstellenkoordination: Als Bindeglied zwischen IT und Fachabteilungen managen Sie die systemübergreifenden Schnittstellen und betreuen die Integration

Systemgestaltung: Sie übernehmen die Durchführung von Systemanpassungen (Customizing), führen Tests durch und schulen die Anwender

Anwendersupport: Die Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs durch die Bearbeitung von komplexen 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Supportanfragen rundet Ihr Aufgabengebiet ab
