Projektleitung: Planung und Steuerung anspruchsvoller IT-Projekte, insbesondere der Einführung eines neuen ERP-Systems unter Einbindung weiterer Lösungen

Systemverantwortung: Management des gesamten Lebenszyklus der internen Business-Applikationen wie ERP und DMS, von der Einführung bis zur Ablösung

Strategieentwicklung: Konzeption und Umsetzung einer zukunftsfähigen Roadmap für die Business-IT-Systeme in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen

Ressourcen- & Partnermanagement: Verantwortung für die Budgetplanung, Kostenkontrolle sowie die Steuerung externer Dienstleister zur Prozess- und Systemoptimierung
