Vous aurez la responsabilité de tout le support Niveau 3 dans un environnement sécurisé.

Vos missions :

 - Le maintien en conditions opérationnelles des composants d'infrastructure réseaux

 - Le support de niveau 3 pour les incidents et demandes déclarées par les utilisateurs, et escaladées par le N1 / N2.

 - Le maintien en conditions de sécurité : gestion des vulnérabilités,...

 - L'entretien de la base de connaissance

 - Des déplacements sont à prévoir en Europe toute l'année.
