This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams managing multiple concurrent workstreams across product development, enhancements, customer initiatives, and ongoing delivery activities. The initial focus will be on supporting a Salesforce AppExchange product, with opportunities to contribute to additional projects and initiatives over time The ideal candidate combines strong execution and organizational skills with a technical and product-oriented mindset. This person should be comfortable managing Jira boards, coordinating priorities across streams, tracking delivery metrics, identifying risks early, and maintaining clear communication with both internal teams and customer stakeholders. This is a highly execution-focused role with strong ownership expectations. We seek a customer-centric and delivery-oriented professional with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple moving pieces while driving accountability, execution, and delivery predictability across the team.
