## About the Role

Wil jij organisaties in de financiële sector helpen om grip te krijgen op IT-risico's, informatiebeveiliging en complexe Europese regelgeving zoals DORA? In deze rol werk je op het snijvlak van technologie, compliance en risicomanagement en vertaal je wet- en regelgeving naar praktische, werkbare oplossingen. Je helpt klanten aantoonbaar "in control" te komen én te blijven in een steeds veranderend digitaal landschap.
Als Medior/Senior IT Compliance Consultant ondersteun je financiële instellingen bij het beheersen van IT-risico's en het voldoen aan relevante wet- en regelgeving. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende vraagstukken zoals cybersecurity, cloud outsourcing en IT-governance. Daarbij combineer je inhoudelijke expertise met een pragmatische aanpak, zodat klanten daadwerkelijk stappen kunnen zetten richting volwassen IT-compliance.

+ Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding
 + Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een rol zoals IT Risk Consultant, Information Security Officer of IT-auditor
 + Kennis van of certificeringen in IT-risicomanagement en/of informatiebeveiliging (bijv. CISA, CISM, CRISC of CISSP)
 + Ervaring met frameworks zoals ISO 27001/27002, COBIT en ITIL
 + Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
Nice to have:

 + Ervaring binnen een gereguleerde financiële omgeving
 + Kennis van Europese regelgeving zoals EBA- en ESMA-richtlijnen
 + Interesse in nieuwe thema's zoals AI Governance en de AI Act

+ Uitvoeren van gap-analyses ten opzichte van wet- en regelgeving zoals DORA en het vertalen van bevindingen naar concrete verbeterplannen
 + Faciliteren en uitvoeren van IT-risicoanalyses binnen complexe (financiële) IT-landschappen
 + Ontwikkelen, beoordelen en verbeteren van beleid, procedures en control frameworks voor IT-risk en information security
 + Adviseren over en toetsen van uitbestedings- en cloudconstructies binnen geldende compliance-eisen
 + Ondersteunen bij audits, inspecties en vergunningstrajecten richting toezichthouders door inhoudelijke expertise te leveren

Je bent een analytische en nieuwsgierige professional die energie krijgt van complexe vraagstukken op het gebied van IT-risk en compliance. Je weet regelgeving te vertalen naar begrijpelijke en uitvoerbare maatregelen en voelt je thuis in een adviesrol richting klanten.
