Desirable Experience + Experience working within Agile development environments. + Experience collaborating with distributed or geographically dispersed teams. + Understanding of low-latency, high-concurrency, distributed systems and the challenges associated with building them. + Experience developing cloud-native applications. + Hands-on knowledge of a major cloud platform such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)., + Is passionate about technology and software craftsmanship. + Takes ownership and is committed to delivering high-quality solutions. + Demonstrates creativity and innovation when solving complex technical challenges. + Thrives in a collaborative team environment while remaining self-motivated and accountable. + Has a continuous improvement mindset and actively seeks opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and ways of working. + Maintains a strong focus on performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
