 * Vertieftes Wissen im Bereich Telefonanlagen und Kommunikationsplattformen

## Description

* Sicherstellung eines stabilen und sicheren Betriebs der IT-Infrastruktur, einschließlich Netzwerk, Server, Backup-, Storage-, Druck- und Telefoniesystemen
 * Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der IT-Umgebung
 * Planung, Einrichtung und Überwachung von Netzwerk- und Serverkomponenten, inklusive Fehleranalyse, Leistungsoptimierung und Steuerung externer Dienstleister
 * Mitarbeit beim Aufbau neuer Standorte sowie bei Projekten zur Erweiterung und Modernisierung der Systemlandschaft
 * Bearbeitung von Anfragen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support und Unterstützung des 1st-Level-Supports bei Bedarf
 * Betreuung ausgewählter Fachanwendungen und Integration dieser in die bestehende IT-Umgebung
