## About the Role

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 5 years of program and project management experience, with the ability to think both tactically and strategically while coordinating cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

 * Excellent program management and coordination skills, with proven experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
 * Strong reporting skills, particularly in Jira, Tableau, and Excel, with the ability to present status reports to senior leadership and executives.
 * Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage project status updates, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), and related activities.
 * Excellent stakeholder management and risk management skills.
 * Ability to effectively manage and coordinate with stakeholders across various business units and geographic locations.
 * Experience coordinating release activities for large-scale implementations, including creating runbooks, tracking progress, proactively identifying issues, and escalating risks as needed.
