This role works across on premises and hybrid environments and collaborates closely with networking, security, and application teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions., Compute, Storage & Virtualization * Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, DFS, PKI) * Design, deploy and support virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V, including provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting * Administer HPE GreenLake infrastructure including Nimble Storage Arrays * Perform system hardening, audits, and vulnerability remediation * Support lifecycle management (firmware, OS upgrades, patching, decommissioning) * Manage disaster recovery processes, backups, and restores * Monitor and maintain the health of on-premises and cloud infrastructure using tools like PRTG and Azure Monitor, proactively analyzing alerts and performance data to ensure system stability, availability, and optimal service delivery Infrastructure Design & Architecture * Participate in the design and architecture of infrastructure solutions, including: o New data center builds or expansions o Platform refreshes o High-availability and DR designs * Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, standards, and design documentation. * Ensure designs align with security, resiliency, and operations best practices.
