Education and Experience Preferred: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field. * Experience within the banking or financial services industry. * Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications. * Understanding of enterprise application architecture and system integrations. * Experience working across multiple concurrent projects. * Familiarity with modern development frameworks and best practices. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. ## Description * Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Oracle, and Microservices architecture. * Develop new features, enhance existing applications, and support production systems. * Perform application design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation. * Analyze business and technical requirements to develop scalable, maintainable solutions. * Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams throughout the software development lifecycle. * Troubleshoot application issues and recommend long-term improvements. * Prepare and maintain technical documentation. * Participate in code reviews, development estimates, and project planning activities. * Ensure applications meet security, regulatory, and organizational standards. * Provide technical guidance to junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
