In this role, you will work across hardware, firmware, and system integration to develop real-time embedded software and control algorithms across sensors, actuators, motors, thermal systems, power electronics, fluid management systems, and multi-board embedded platforms. You will partner with cross-functional product development teams to deliver safe, reliable, and high-performance solutions while solving complex system-level challenges throughout the product lifecycle, from concept development through product launch and post-market improvements. This role will support the Urology portfolio, including legacy products and recently launched technologies that integrate capital equipment, visualization platforms, and fluid management solutions. Experience in medical device development is highly valued; however, we also welcome candidates with strong embedded software and controls experience from other regulated or safety-critical industries such as aerospace, automotive, robotics, industrial automation, defense, or similar environments.
