 * Knowledge of SharePoint Online administration
 * Experience with user lifecycle management and Microsoft licensing
 * Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience

 * Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
 * Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview
 * Experience with hybrid Active Directory environments
 * Microsoft certifications are a plus (MS-102, AZ-104, etc.)
