AI & Intelligent Systems Requirements * Basic, high-level understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts, with awareness of common use cases. * Some exposure or interest in how AI can be used in enterprise platforms, such as simple automation, basic analytics, or improving user experience. * Familiarity with AI tools or platforms is a plus but not required; willingness to learn and explore new technologies is important. * Interest in identifying simple opportunities where AI can improve workflows, productivity, or platform operations. What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications) * Workday certification in relevant modules (e.g., Extend, HCM, Integrations ) is a plus. * Hands-on experience with Java/.Net programming language.
