## About the Role

 + Bachelor's degree preferred (Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field).

 + SAP knowledge is a plus.

 + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

 + Strong analytical thinking and collaboration skills.

 + Team-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail.

## Description

Expected start date to end date: August 2026 to February 2026

Working hours: Part-time, 20 hours a week

 + Perform administrative and accounts receivable reporting tasks.

 + Gather documentation for accounts endorsed to third-party collections.

 + Complete legal and compliance forms.

 + Manage and monitor the team's shared mailbox.

 + Identify root causes of escalated issues and route them to the appropriate contacts.

 + Coordinate with responsible teams through dispute cases or tickets to resolve customer inquiries.

 + Assist with completing and submitting vendor forms.

 + Prepare documentation for FedEx delivery transactions.

 + Print and distribute checks in coordination with the Treasury team.

 + Coordinate the provision of W-9s, banking letters, and other customer-requested documentation.
