Advanced certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, CISSP or equivalent are highly desirable. * Minimum of 8 years of experience in the design, installation, and configuration of network routing, switching, and security, focusing on large and complex networks. * Experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and Duo Security or competitive products with a willingness to learn. * Experience with Fortinet SD-WAN products or willingness to learn * Proven experience in designing and implementing network security solutions for enterprise-level environments. * Experience with network protocols, routing, and switching technologies including BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF. * Expertise in security technologies such as VPNs, IPSec, SSL/TLS, and advanced threat protection. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * U.S. Citizenship required. * Ability to lift and rack-mount equipment and climb ladders as required for installation activities. Preferred Skills: * Knowledge of SONET architecture or a willingness to learn * Strong knowledge of MPLS applications in regional connectivity * Knowledge of cloud security and integration with platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. * Familiarity with compliance standards and best practices such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR. * Familiarity with Passive Optical Networks (GPON, XGS PON, Passive Optical LAN) is a plus. ## Description AECOM's Technology Solutions Group is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Network Solutions Consultant with extensive experience in architecting both wide-area networks and local routing and switching technologies.
