Work you'll do/Responsibilities * Lead technical operations and enhancements for distributed Java-based claims applications (e.g., portals, API layers, claims intake engines). * Architect and implement backend solutions using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot for distributed claims platforms. * Lead triage and resolution for critical application outages, memory leaks, and performance bottlenecks. * Design and maintain APIs facilitating communication between modern web applications and legacy claims systems. * Mentor Java developers and enforce best practices in secure coding and microservices architecture.
