## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) related discipline and years of engineering experience, Master's in STEM with years engineering experience OR PhD in STEM with years of engineering experience.
 * Must have previous experience with at least one of the following disciplines:
 + Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3)
 + Environmental Engineering Qualifications (EEQ)
 + Human Systems Integration (HSI)
 + System Safety
 + System Security Engineering
 * Must have previous experience with Cameo.
 * Must have an active DoD Secret clearance or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation) with the ability to obtain a DOD Top Secret clearance.
 * Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within prior to commensuration of employment.

 * Must have previous experience with at least two of the following disciplines:
 + Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3)
 + Environmental Engineering Qualifications (EEQ)
 + Human Systems Integration (HSI)
 + System Safety
 + System Security Engineering

 * Experience with Agile workflows
 * Demonstrated communication and technical writing skills.
 * Proven ability to brief technical presentations to both internal and external stakeholders

## Description

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking to work within Systems Engineering organization. This role reports to the program. This role is located on-site, based at the following location: .

The selected candidate will lead the Specialty Engineering activities in support of the Systems Engineering IPT lead. This team of skilled engineers has responsibility for Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3), Environmental Engineering Qualifications (EEQ), Human Systems Integration (HSI), System Safety, and System Security Engineering.

The individual will be responsible for operating in an agile team environment and perform the following:

 * Work with Section Managers to staff the Specialty team
 * Assign tasks to Systems Engineers on the Specialty team
 * Represent the Specialty team at staff meetings, customer meetings, technical interchange meetings, etc.
 * Facilitate cross-IPT discussion to ensure alignment of Specialty requirements, design, and implementation
